Chicago Ted’s Patented Egg Nog Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3rd c sugar
  • 2 c whole milk
  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 4 oz. bourbon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:

Pour bourbon over 4 ice cubes in an old fashioned glass. Throw everything else away. Repeat.
